ABSTRACT
New EU legislation and state requirements exacerbate the energy efficiency of buildings. The paper presents selected aspects of thermal insulation of sacred objects, on the example of churches in Zawiercie pastoral district of archdiocese of Czestochowa, in the light of the current legislation in Poland.
