An article processing charge (APC) is PLN 1000 + 23% VAT.
The charge should be paid only after the manuscript has received positive reviews and has been accepted for further editorial processing.

APC waivers or discounts
To support full open access publishing, the journal may grant APC waivers or discounts on a case-by-case basis.
For authors from low- and middle-income countries, waivers or discounts may be considered individually.
Applications for a waiver or discount should be submitted before manuscript submission and are assessed by the Managing Editor based on the quality of the article and the authors’ ability to pay.
