Information on GDPR for Authors and Reviewers
According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Of. Ju. EU 4.5.2016, L 119/1 as amended) (further GDPR) and Act on the protection of personal data of May 24, 2018. ( Dz.U. 2018, poz.1000 as amended).
- The Administrator of personal data of authors and reviewers is the Czestochowa University of Technology with headquarters in Czestochowa, ul. J.H. Dabrowskiego 69, 42-201 Czestochowa, Poland (GDPR CUT)
- The Data Protection Inspector at the Czestochowa University of Technology is mgr Mariola Ptaszek (e-mail: iodo@pcz.pl).
- Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the objectives of publishing articles in the journal Construction of optimized energy potential.
- Each person, which data relate to, has the right to obtain information whether his personal data are processed and the right to access their content, and also the right to rectify or delete them, transfer them to another administrator, limit their processing, object to their processing, withdraw consent for their processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal, as well as obtaining information about the source of personal data, if they were not collected from the person they concern.
- Personal data entrusted to the Editors of the journal Construction of optimized energy potential will be processed solely for the purpose of carrying out tasks related to the evaluation and publication of articles in the journal.
- The planned period of storage of entrusted personal data is the period of activity of the journal.
- Recipients of personal data will only be those entities to which the personal data administrator is required to provide data under applicable law and entities processing personal data on behalf of the personal data administrator in connection with the performance of the task entrusted to them regarding the use of the journal under a contract, among others IT providers.
- Entrusted personal data will not be transferred to other institutions, organizations and business entities in the country and abroad.
- Entrusted personal data will not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
- Every person has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if considers that the processing of their personal data by the Czestochowa University of Technology violates applicable provisions of the GDPR (Personal Data Protection Office)
