ABSTRACT
The article presents the influence of high-energy class building on pollution emission. There was illustrated distribution of energy efficient buildings in terms of their demand for non-renewable energy. Zero-energy and plus-energy buildings were characterized. Resources of non-renewable energy sources in Poland and ways to reduce pollutant emissions were presented.
