ABSTRACT
The article presents the requirements for the thermal protection of buildings according to the new technical conditions introduced by the Journal of Laws of 5 July 2013. There was set minimum insulation thickness necessary to achieve the right amount of heat transfer coefficient. The analysis of the thickness of the thermal insulation of partitions built of various materials in terms of changing requirements was conducted.
