ABSTRACT
In this publication the validity of the implementation and operation of the photovoltaic roof installation in an office building with an area of 860 m2 has been analysed. Formal and legal determinants for this type of installation have been examined. Technical solution adapted to the technical specifications of the object has been proposed. Return time is specified to be incurred for the execution of the installation.
