ABSTRACT
For an assessment of efficiency developed according to the new principles of envelopes and fenestration offered by authors with use of technologies of active energy saving with active recovery of the leaving thermal stream during 2013-2014 in NIISF RAASN large-scale pilot studies in climatic cameras of institute were conducted. On the basis of results of the preliminary researches conducted in 2010-2012 key parameters of new generation of the envelopes and fenestration with active recovery of a thermal stream were determined.
