ABSTRACT
Results, advantages and intermediate conclusions on the newest theoretical and pilot studies of the new principles of increase of comfort of a microclimate and energy efficiency of the envelopes and fenestration of buildings and constructions of different function with the minimum energy consumption are given. It is shown that for the energy efficient ventilated envelopes (EEVE) it is possible to increase energy efficiency several times of the envelopes and fenestration which are rather existing modern and existing rules. Application of EEVE will allow to provide almost full recovery of a thermal stream and moisture, including fenestration that opens new prospects for construction and reconstruction of buildings (constructions, greenhouses) with big percent of a glazing).
