ABSTRACT
The article presents the problem of low emissions associated with heating and hot water preparation and its influence on the air quality in Poland. The low emission combustion products are listed. The highest average annual concentrations of B(a)P in 2015 and average annual and average daily concentrations of PM10 and PM2.5 are given. The thermal modernization activities implemented in school buildings are discussed. The assessment of potential for low emission reductions in the case of a coal, wood, gas and oil using are performed.
