ABSTRACT
As a result of the amendment to the legislation related to energy efficiency of buildings, the vast majority of buildings must be retrofitted to reduce energy demand. Special task stands before the managers and owners of public buildings, since the EP indicator for this group of objects is determined as the lowest. The aim of the research was to determine the effective way to reduce the primary energy demand of the facility and then to present the thermal renovation. The result of this project is an object that meets the current guidelines set out in the Technical Conditions for New Buildings after 2017. The UE, FE, PE values are estimated on the basis of the technical documentation of each device and available literature.
