ABSTRACT
The basic rules for the design and operation of buildings are requirements relating to room illumination. The rules also provide after-quality requirements relating to energy efficiency in buildings. These provisions are related to energy use for heating, ventilation and lighting objects. In addition to the requirements in the regulations and building norms, you can find a number of design recommendations that relate to the effective and efficient energy use for lighting in buildings.
