ABSTRACT
The article presents the description of glass-walled cubature facilities in the form of winter gardens. The following items have been presented: the characteristics of winter gardens, construction, and material solutions including appropriate glazing. Winter gardens provide additional thermal protection for the building, stabilize air humidity and protect against noise. Properly designed with the right shape and structure, they form a harmonious whole together with the building, increasing living comfort.
