ABSTRACT
The work describes structural solutions and tests of geotechnical capacity of innovative monolithic-prefabricated foundations. The investigated foundations were shaped as sloped footing pad foundations intended for the foundation of lattice steel 400 kV OHL transmission towers. Full scale geotechnical field tests according to standard PN-EN 61773:2000 were conducted. The test results were compared with those obtained by the FEM method using advanced nonlinear analysis with Hardening Soil Small (HSS) models.
